We are looking for a Teacher who can demonstrate a person-centred approach and a track record of improving the achievement rates of learners with a wide range of SpLD.

This college has a specialist unit where focused learning and support can occur, to achieve the absolute best for vulnerable learners on mainstream courses.
The right candidate should have;
*experience of teaching 1:1, small groups and whole groups
*ideally have worked in the post 16 sector from level 1 to level 3.
*a teaching qualification and recognised specific learning difficulties experience
*a good working knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014; and the skills and knowledge to act as one of their Lead Professionals conducting EHCP reviews and contributing to other EHCP processes.
Please note we can only shortlist qualified candidates; unless you are completing your qualification and are able to provide a letter from your course director confirming your expected pass.
