As a Teaching Assistant, your role will be invaluable in supporting our outstanding teachers and fostering a nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities: ✓ Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. ✓ Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them with their academic progress. ✓ Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students can thrive. ✓ Offer guidance and assistance during practical activities, ensuring a safe and structured learning environment. ✓ Support students with special educational needs or individual learning plans, tailoring your approach to their unique requirements. ✓ Collaborate with the teaching staff to monitor and evaluate student progress. ✓ Foster effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's development. ✓ Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements: ✓ Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is desirable, but not essential. ✓ A genuine passion for education and the desire to make a difference. ✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✓ Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of all ages. ✓ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. ✓ Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment. ✓ Relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
This is a fixed-term position, starting in September 2023 and running until the end of the academic year. We offer a competitive daily rate of £85, along with the chance to be a part of an exceptional educational institution that values professional growth and fosters a supportive community.

- Hold a high-level degree
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks (you can apply through Tradewind and get the cost of the DBS refunded after 20 days of working with us)
- Your CV must cover 10 years of employment
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
