On behalf of our client school, Tradewind are looking to appoint a Year 3 Class Teacher for a maternity cover commencing December 2020 and running for at least two terms.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified, imaginative and driven teacher who works well independently and as part of a team. About the School:

The successful candidate will:
Be an outstanding teacher with the drive and capacity to really thrive in this role as a Year 3 Class Teacher.
Have a thorough up to date knowledge of the range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies and how to implement them effectively
Be able to prepare and plan effectively to meet individual needs and requirements
Be able to lead, motivate and inspire students and colleagues
Be resilient, hard-working, solution focused and wholeheartedly committed to transforming student outcomes
Have a clear understanding of age related expectations for children within the Primary phases.
Know how to use local, national and statistics to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance along with other relevant pre-employment checks. Essential Requirements:

Hold QTS Certification
Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
Have the legal right to work in the UK
