SEN Learning Support Assistant
Tradewind are looking for a passionate SEN learning support assistant, who would like a career in supporting children with special educational needs. Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or a graduate keen to explore a future in teaching? As a full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives - supporting children with a range of needs, tailoring learning experiences, and helping them flourish both academically and personally.

We're Looking For:
SEN experience or a genuine passion to support children with additional needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH ect)
A positive, proactive approach and willingness to adapt to classroom needs
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
A strong desire to make a real impact in a young learner's life
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN
Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Ability to provide professional references and explain any employment gaps over the last 10 years
