Trainee Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant who is patient, dedicated and energetic to work in our Primary schools in Yatton and the surrounding areas.
We have schools who are looking for teaching assistants who can work full time and part time ASAP
The daily rate starts from £89 a day PAYE and is negotiable and dependable on experience.
We are looking for:
- Experience working with children (preferable).
- Someone who can communicate effectively & is confident working with children.
- An enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping kids and a willingness to learn on the job.

What else do we do to support you as a trainee?
- We offer a free of charge, 3 hour, in-person 'Teaching Assistant Introduction Course' to help prepare you before going into the classroom for the first time.
- You will learn about the role of a teaching assistant, school expectations, tools to support learning and safeguarding.
- Free membership to the National College once you've worked one day, which has 2,5000+ CPD courses!
