Cover Supervisor - Secondary School - Lancaster

Location: Lancaster
Contract: Full-time / Part-time, Term-Time Only
Salary: £90 - £130 per day

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies
* Support students in their learning, ensuring a productive and respectful environment
* Provide feedback on student engagement and progress to teaching staff

About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
* Confident with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Adaptable, dependable, and resilient
* Previous experience working with young people or within a school setting is desirable but not essential
