About the Role:
Full-time, long-term position
Working in a small class of 5 pupils, all with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and/or Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Supporting the class teacher with learning, behaviour, and emotional support
Helping to create a structured, supportive, and safe learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience supporting children with SEMH, EBD, or challenging behaviour
Is calm, consistent, and positive in their approach
Is confident working 1:1 and in small groups
Can build strong relationships with students who may have experienced trauma or adverse childhood experiences
Is committed to helping children feel safe, valued, and able to succeed
