Graduate LSA- Secondary School | Newham | September 2025 - July 2026

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education? Are you considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, or youth work?

We are a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Newham and are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Graduate LSA to join our team for the full academic year starting September 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive school environment, working with students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role:

  • Support students in the classroom, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential

  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including students with SEND or EAL needs

  • Assist teaching staff with lesson preparation, classroom management, and intervention activities

  • Build strong, professional relationships with students, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

  • Gain first-hand insight into the workings of a secondary school

What We're Looking For:

  • A recent graduate (any subject)

  • A genuine passion for education and working with young people

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn
