The Role:
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of busy school offices. Typical responsibilities include:
Managing front-of-house and reception duties
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Maintaining pupil records and data systems (SIMS experience beneficial)
Supporting attendance, admissions, and safeguarding processes
Providing admin support to senior leadership and teaching staff
Ideal Candidates Will:
Have previous administrative experience (school-based experience is a bonus)
Be confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
Have excellent communication and time-management skills
Be flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to new environments quickly
Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
