💰 Salary: £95-£100 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a fantastic school in Twickenham. The role will involve supporting students with SEN (Special Educational Needs), including those with Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language needs, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with additional needs
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning plans
Support students in and out of the classroom to promote independence and progress
Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children in an educational setting (SEN experience preferred)
Patient, compassionate, and proactive in approach
Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
A genuine passion for education and making a difference
