Supply Teaching Assistants - Primary & Secondary - 2025 Academic Year

Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual looking to make a difference in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join our team on a supply basis for the 2025 academic year.

We are looking for flexible and motivated support staff to work across Primary and Secondary Schools. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to build your experience in education, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and helping pupils to stay engaged in their learning

  • Working with small groups or one-to-one with pupils who need extra support

  • Assisting with classroom management and helping to maintain a positive learning environment

  • Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN), where required

We're Looking For:

  • Passionate and patient individuals with a genuine interest in education

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is highly desirable

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff

  • Flexibility to work across a range of schools and age groups
