Tradewind are currently working closely with a brilliant mainstream primary school in Daventry who are looking to recruit an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work in lower KS2. This is a full-time position and you will be required to work from 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday. These roles are temporary to permanent for the strongest candidates.

• Work closely with a student lower KS2 with ASD
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using a range of techniques
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Find creative ways to ensure learners are engaged

• Passionate about working with children with SEN
• Natural relationship builder
• Able to commute to or local to Daventry
• Passionate about improving outcomes for children with additional needs
• Reliable and flexible
