Teaching Assistant (Level 2) - KS2 - Primary School in SK7, Stockport
Full-Time | Long-Term | £85-£90 per day

A vibrant and supportive primary school in the SK7 area of Stockport is seeking a dedicated and flexible Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 2 team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting as soon as possible.

The role offers a varied and rewarding experience, combining 1:1 support, general classroom assistance, and leading small group interventions to help pupils reach their full potential. You will work across KS2, supporting both the teacher and learners to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

  • Previous experience supporting children in a primary school setting

  • Confidence leading group activities and delivering targeted interventions

  • A patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to working with children
