What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside experienced teachers in Bedford's primary, middle, or secondary schools
Supporting pupils with learning, focus, and confidence - 1:1, in small groups, or whole-class settings
Engaging with learners with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges
Building trust, modelling patience, and bringing curiosity to every day
Learning from the inside how great classrooms really work
Who You Are
A graduate with a sharp mind and a genuine interest in people
Someone who sees education as more than grades - you care about growth
You've worked with young people before (in any setting) or know you'd thrive doing it
You're patient, adaptable, and up for the unexpected
