This is an exciting opportunity to teach 2-3 days per week in a vibrant and inclusive learning environment, where staff development and student progress are top priorities.

About the Role:
* Position: Part-Time Design Technology Teacher
* Days: 2 to 3 days per week
* Start Date: September 2025
* Contract Type: Part-time and Permanent
* Salary: Inner London MPS/UPS (pro rata)
* Location: Islington, North London
* Interviews: To be arranged immediately

Job Role Requirements:
* Deliver engaging and creative Design Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan and assess lessons in line with curriculum requirements
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement
* Work collaboratively with departmental colleagues to support student outcomes

Qualifications and Person Specification:
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., Design Technology, Engineering, etc.)
* Experience teaching DT at the secondary level
* Strong classroom presence with effective behaviour management
* A passion for practical, hands-on learning and inspiring students in Design Technology
