What we offer:

  • Base salary of £28,000 to £30,000

  • Realistic first-year earnings of £33,000 to £38,000

What you'll do in your first year:

  • Source, interview, and support candidates for teaching and school-based roles

  • Create high-quality CVs and profiles for client marketing

  • Work alongside our sales consultants to match candidates to vacancies

  • Hit clear and achievable weekly targets

  • Earn commission as you contribute to your team's success

After your first year, you'll step into a Sales Consultant role, with further training in:

  • Business development and account growth

  • Negotiation and commercial strategy

  • Compliance, safeguarding, and education regulations

  • Objection handling and relationship management

  • Time management and high-performance habits
