What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, youth work etc.)

  • A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning

  • Good communication skills and a can-do attitude

  • Flexibility to work across Early Years, KS1 or KS2

Your Role May Include:

  • Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons

  • Working with small groups or 1:1 with pupils needing extra help

  • Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management

  • Encouraging positive learning environments and inclusion for all pupils
