Learning Support Assistant - Secondary Schools - Islington
📍 Location: Islington, North London
🕒 Job Type: Full-time, Term-time only
💰 Pay: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

Vibrant and inclusive secondary schools in Islington are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to provide in-class support for students with additional learning needs. This is a great role for someone passionate about helping young people reach their full potential in a classroom environment.

You'll work closely with teachers and the SEN team, offering tailored support and helping to make learning more accessible and engaging for all.

Main Duties:

• Assisting students who have EHCPs or require additional support
• Encouraging engagement and positive learning habits
• Supporting with differentiated tasks and lesson preparation
• Working alongside teaching and SEN staff to review progress

• Experience supporting young people, ideally in an educational setting
• A genuine interest in SEN and inclusive education
• A willingness to learn and take initiative
