Part-Time Drama Teachers - Kettering
Start Date: September 2025 | Part-Time | Long-Term Opportunities

Are you a passionate and creative Drama Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of performers?

Tradewind Recruitment is working with several secondary schools in the Kettering area that are seeking part-time Drama Teachers to join their vibrant expressive arts departments from September 2025. These are long-term positions ideal for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs ready to bring energy, imagination, and commitment to the classroom.

You'll be delivering engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students build confidence, express themselves creatively, and develop vital performance and communication skills.

What you'll be doing:

  • Planning and delivering dynamic, inclusive Drama lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Supporting students in developing acting, interpretation, and collaboration skills

  • Creating a supportive and expressive learning environment

  • Assessing student progress and adapting lessons to meet diverse needs

  • Contributing to school productions, enrichment clubs, and extra-curricular arts activities

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Hold UK QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification in Drama or Performing Arts

  • Have recent experience teaching Drama in UK secondary schools

  • Are enthusiastic about fostering creativity and confidence in young people

  • Have excellent communication skills and strong classroom presence

  • Enjoy working as part of a creative and collaborative teaching team
