From day one, you'll be part of a structured training programme designed to help you grow. You'll begin by learning the ropes - registering and interviewing talented educators, understanding their needs, and matching them to the right opportunities.
As you progress, you'll take on your own recruitment desk, working with schools to find the perfect staffing solutions, building lasting relationships, and making a real impact on education across London.
