Key Responsibilities:
Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Plan and assess learning in a way that meets the needs of all pupils
Create an inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe, valued, and inspired
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and SLT
Build positive relationships with families and the wider school community
Contribute to wider school life, including extracurricular activities and events
What We're Looking For:
UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
ECTs and experienced teachers both welcome
Strong subject knowledge and sound understanding of the national curriculum
A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
Warmth, energy, and a proactive approach to teamwork and inclusion
