Job Title: EYFS HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
Location: Kensington, Liverpool
Start Date: 2nd September 2025
Contract Type: Initially Fixed-Term (with potential to become permanent)
Salary: £19500 - £20475 annually (pro rata)

We are currently working with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school located in the heart of Kensington, and we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS HLTA to join our Early Years team from 2nd September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HLTA with a strong background in Early Years Foundation Stage education. The role is initially offered on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:

Hold a recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
Have proven experience working in an EYFS setting
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
Be confident in leading whole class learning and supporting small groups
Show creativity, initiative, and a passion for nurturing young learners
Work collaboratively as part of a committed and dynamic team
