  • Passionate about education and ready to support students with empathy, patience, and consistency

  • Experienced working with young people - whether in education, care, mentoring, or youth work

  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and able to adapt to different situations in a busy school environment

  • Great communicators who can build strong relationships with students and staff

  • Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and high standards in education

  • (Bonus) Hold a relevant qualification such as a Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or have experience with SEN or behavioural support

What You'll Gain:

  • A meaningful, long-term role in a supportive and inclusive school community

  • Weekly pay at competitive rates

  • Access to high-quality CPD through The National College, including specialist training in behaviour, SEND, and literacy support

  • Ongoing guidance and career support from your dedicated Tradewind consultant

  • The chance to build experience that's ideal for future roles in education, including teacher training
