We are working with secondary schools in the Maghull area who will be looking for a Teaching Assistants to work with students to provide 1:1 support starting in September 2025.

Responsibilities:
* Offer one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom.
* Assist in implementing individual education plans and behaviour management strategies.
* Aid students in their academic progress
* Foster a secure and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:
* Relevant experience working with children who have special educational needs is highly desirable.
* Graduates preferred.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated compassion and patience.
* Ability to build strong connections with students, colleagues, and parents.
* Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.

Pay Rate:
£90 a day

The essentials:
To join us and be successful as a Teaching Assistant in a Maghull secondary school, you will need to:
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
* 2 professional reference checks
* CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
* Legal right to work in the UK
