Are you an experienced education recruitment consultant with a passion for making a difference?
Tradewind Recruitment's Manchester office is looking for a driven Senior Consultant to join our thriving SEN (Special Educational Needs) team.

Please note: You must have prior experience in education recruitment to be considered for this role.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven background in education recruitment - ideally with SEN or mainstream experience

• Strong billing history and confidence in managing candidate pipelines

• A passion for the SEN sector - committed to supporting schools and pupils with additional needs

• Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates

• A collaborative team player who can also lead from the front
