This is a full-time, long-term role with an immediate start, ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and confident in maintaining school premises to the highest standard.

As a Caretaker, you'll be responsible for site safety, basic maintenance, and ensuring a clean and secure environment for students and staff. We're looking for candidates with previous caretaker or site management experience in a school or similar setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and securing the school site

• Conducting general maintenance and minor repairs

• Managing heating, lighting, and alarm systems

• Ensuring health & safety compliance

• Liaising with cleaning staff and external contractors

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Caretaker (essential)

• Good practical skills and knowledge of site safety

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• A proactive and reliable attitude
