Primary School Teaching Assistant
Location: Cornwall
Pay: £85-£100/day
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

Tradewind is seeking passionate and adaptable Primary Teaching Assistants to support classes across Cornwall. Whether you're working 1:1, in small groups, or within the whole class, you'll play a crucial role in encouraging pupils' progress and confidence.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting class teachers with daily routines and learning activities
Providing one-on-one or group support to pupils with varying needs
Helping prepare lesson materials and tidy up learning spaces
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development
Observing and reporting student progress
Who we're looking for:
Previous experience with children in educational or childcare settings
Friendly, positive and resilient personality
A flexible team player with great communication skills
A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
