Supply Maths Teacher - Sheffield Area
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Flexible Supply (Full-time or Part-time)
Daily Rate: £140 - £220 (dependent on experience and role)

About the Role:

Tradewind is currently recruiting qualified Maths Teachers to work on a supply basis from September 2025 across a range of secondary schools in the Sheffield area. You will be expected to deliver high-quality Maths lessons, manage the classroom effectively, and support pupils in their learning.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or newly qualified, supply teaching offers an excellent opportunity to keep your skills sharp, explore different schools, and enjoy a flexible work pattern.

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

  • Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management

  • A positive, professional approach and a genuine passion for teaching

  • Ability to travel to schools across Sheffield and surrounding areas
