Unqualified SEND Teacher - Start Your Career in SEND Education

Location: London (SEND schools, bases, and specialist provisions)
Pay: £105 - £130 per day (PAYE only)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term temp (perm potential)
Start Date: September 2025 or sooner
Do you have a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEND)? Are you interested in becoming a teacher, but don't yet hold QTS?
SANZA Teaching Agency is working closely with a range of specialist and mainstream schools with SEND bases and units that are looking for unqualified teachers to join their staff teams. These schools offer exceptional training, mentoring and support - ideal for individuals looking to build a career in SEND education.
What Will You Be Doing?
Deliver structured learning to small groups or 1:1 with pupils with SEND
Follow EHCP targets and tailored support plans
Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
Receive ongoing training and coaching from experienced SEND professionals
Progress towards qualified teacher status if that is your goal

Graduates with experience in education, youth work, or care
