HLTA to Teacher Route - Train While You Work
Location: London (multiple boroughs and settings available)
Pay: £100 - £130 per day (PAYE only)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term temp (perm potential)
Start Date: September 2025 or earlier
Ready to take the leap from HLTA to teacher? SANZA Teaching Agency is supporting a number of inclusive and forward-thinking primary schools across London who are actively seeking ambitious HLTAs ready to transition into teaching.
These roles are ideal for experienced HLTAs looking to train on the job, while being fully supported by senior leadership teams and qualified mentors.
The Opportunity:
Work across classrooms supporting pupils and leading small groups
Cover whole classes in the absence of a teacher
Gain practical teaching experience, with guidance and mentoring
Potential sponsorship or assistance with teacher training routes (e.g. Schools Direct, QTS Apprenticeships)
Develop the confidence and tools to become a fully qualified teacher
