Daily Rate: £90-£95 (PAYE)

Your Role:

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 or small group support to students with a range of SEN, including ASD and ADHD.

  • Build trusting relationships with students, families, and school staff.

  • Adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs and help every child thrive.

  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where all students feel valued and included.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience supporting children with special educational needs is essential.

  • A caring, proactive, and patient approach that encourages progress and self-confidence.

  • The ability to be flexible and resilient in a variety of school settings.

  • A strong belief in the power of inclusion and the importance of every child's success.
