In this role, you'll deliver engaging and accessible lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students build confidence, develop key numeracy skills, and achieve their academic goals.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver well-structured, interactive Maths lessons that align with the national curriculum
Monitor student progress and provide targeted support where needed
Foster a positive learning environment with clear behaviour expectations
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Maths department and share ideas with colleagues
Support students through extra-curricular clubs, interventions, or enrichment activities
Ideal candidate profile:
Holds UK QTS or an equivalent qualification to teach Mathematics
Has recent experience delivering Maths lessons in a UK secondary setting
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a creative approach to teaching
Is confident in classroom management and supporting a wide range of learners
Values collaboration and is eager to be part of a dynamic school community
