Media Studies teaching opportunity available in Milton Keynes!
Are you an experienced Media Studies Teacher looking for a new opportunity in Secondary Schools? Perhaps a Supply Teacher who has experience covering Media Studies and is now seeking a permanent role?
Tradewind are excited to be working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' Secondary School in Milton Keynes, currently seeking a passionate and engaging Media Studies Teacher - the opportunity also welcomes Early Careers Teachers (ECT) looking to progress their journey within education.
The Role:
- Location - Milton Keynes
- Deliver Media Studies to KS3, GCSE, and potentially A-Level
- Option to teach English alongside Media, desirable
- Join a well-resourced department with access to advanced digital tools for all staff and students
- Contribute to creating and maintaining an inclusive learning environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A relevant Media or Teaching Degree - ideally with teaching experience
- A passion for teaching and supporting student progress
- Ability to create engaging lesson content in-line with the National Curriculum
- QTS is desirable - however, experienced Instructors are considered
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional development, with CPD/NPQ opportunities available
