Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with several fantastic primary schools across the London Borough of Hillingdon, and we are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and experienced professionals to join their Additional Resource Provisions (ARPs) this coming term.
Roles available include:
- SEND Teaching Assistants
- Behaviour Mentors
- Learning Support Assistants
- 1:1 Support Staff
- SEN Teachers (for specific roles)
Whether you have experience supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other complex needs-or are looking to develop your skills in a supportive environment-we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEND (in a school or alternative provision)
- A patient, caring and adaptable approach
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
