SANZA Teaching Agency are recruiting on behalf of some exceptional primary schools in Barking & Dagemham who are looking for early years teaching assistants from September!

We are looking for warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated teaching assistants for a range of early years roles (nursery and reception) across primary schools in Barking & Dagenham.

As an early years teaching assistant, you will be working closely with children aged 3-5, encouraging their curiosity, creativity, and independence through a play-based, child-led approach.

About you:

• Experience working within the EYFS framework
• A genuine love for early years education and a nurturing attitude
• A solid understanding of child development and learning through play
• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and carers
• Energy, creativity, and a can-do attitude
