SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-time or Part-time - Slough - September Start
Looking to support pupils with additional needs in a rewarding SEN role in Slough? Tradewind is actively recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of inclusive and welcoming schools across Slough starting from September 2025.
Our partner schools are looking for skilled, patient and nurturing support staff who can work closely with class teachers to help every child thrive.
Key details:
Start: September 2025
Duration: Full academic year
Contract type: Full-time or part-time options available
Roles include: 1:1 support for children with EHCPs, small group interventions, and class-based SEN support
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience working with primary-aged pupils with additional needs
Background supporting children with Autism, learning difficulties or speech & language delays
A strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching and SEN staff
