Part-Time Learning Support Assistants - Primary Schools in Hackney

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and looking for part-time work in a vibrant school community? Tradewind is recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in Hackney primary schools.

About the role:

  • Part-time positions - you must be available at least 3 days per week

  • Work may involve in-class support or 1:1 assistance

  • Support children with a range of needs including SEN, EAL, and SEMH

  • Opportunities to work across different year groups

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working with primary-aged children in a school or nursery setting

  • A flexible and positive attitude

  • Confidence supporting children with additional needs

  • Commitment to working at least 3 days each week

  • A genuine interest in helping children thrive academically and socially
