Location: Sutton
Position: Behaviour Mentor
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Pay: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)

We are always on the lookout for exceptional Behaviour Mentors to work across our fantastic network of schools in Sutton and the surrounding areas. 🔹 The Role:
You'll be working closely with students who need additional behavioural, emotional, or social support - helping them stay engaged in their learning and develop positive relationships. Whether it's one-to-one mentoring, small group interventions, or in-class support, your impact will be invaluable to both the students and wider school community.
🔹 What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people in a school, youth work, or similar setting
A calm, confident and empathetic approach
Strong behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable or at-risk students
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive boundaries
🔹 Desirable (but not essential):
Team Teach or other de-escalation training
Background in psychology, youth work, or SEN support
Previous experience in a Behaviour Mentor role
