Teaching Assistants - Secondary SEND School - Harrow
Full-Time | Term-Time Only | September 2025 Start

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a secondary SEND school in the London Borough of Harrow to recruit full-time teaching assistants for the upcoming academic year. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students aged 11-18 with a range of additional learning needs in a nurturing, well-resourced environment.

The school provides high-quality education for pupils with a variety of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including autism spectrum conditions, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and complex physical or medical needs. Staff are dedicated to ensuring every student is supported to achieve their individual potential.

Role Details:

  • Start Date: September 2025

  • Contract: Full academic year (term-time only)

  • Hours: 8:30am to 3:45pm, Monday to Friday

  • Pay: £95 per day (paid weekly via PAYE - no umbrella deductions)

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with students across the secondary age range

  • Have experience supporting students with SEND, ideally in a school setting

  • Are patient, reliable, and have a positive, flexible approach to learning support

  • Communicate effectively and are able to build rapport with students and staff

  • Are committed to inclusive education and want to make a lasting impact

  • Are confident working with pupils with autism, learning difficulties, or physical disabilities
