Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Bolton & Bury, Greater Manchester
Start: September 2025 (term-time, full‑time)

Role Overview
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support in primary classrooms (ages 4-11), enhancing literacy, numeracy, emotional well‑being and confidence
- Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs on lesson planning, resource development, and behaviour/engagement strategies.
- Use your psychology background to support pupils with emotional, behavioural or mental health challenges-particularly in Bury schools with SEN focus.
About You
- Qualified (or soon-graduating) with a Psychology, Education, Child Development (or related) degree.
- Experience (voluntary, tutoring, placement) working with children or young people.
- Interested in progressing toward a future career in teaching, educational psychology, SEND provision, or mental health support.
- Friendly, adaptable, empathetic, and committed to child-centred learning.
