This is a unique opportunity to work closely with individual pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, offering tailored one-to-one support for children with a range of special educational needs. The school is part of a well-established and collaborative federation, known for its commitment to inclusion and high-quality SEND provision.
The Role:
As a 1:1 Primary SEND Teacher, you will:
Work on a 1:1 basis with children who require additional support to access the curriculum and develop key life skills.
Deliver individualised teaching and learning programmes that meet EHCP targets and support holistic development.
Collaborate with class teachers, SENDCOs, therapists, and support staff to ensure a joined-up approach.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs including ASD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and moderate to complex learning difficulties.
Contribute to regular reviews and ongoing assessments to monitor progress and identify next steps.

Who We're Looking For:
A qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) with a genuine interest and/or experience in SEND.
Someone who thrives when supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis.
A reflective practitioner with strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching and behaviour support.
