Nursery Teaching Assistant - Primary School
Position: Nursery Teaching Assistant
Location: Southwark
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: £90-£95 per day, increasing to £109.74 after 12 weeks

Sanza Teaching Agency is excited to partner with a number of well-regarded primary schools in Southwark seeking a dedicated, experienced, and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years teams with daily supply and long-term roles available.

The Role:

  • Work closely with class teachers to support children's learning and development in the nursery setting.

  • Support small groups and provide one-to-one assistance where needed.

  • Assist with classroom activities to help every child achieve their full potential.

  • This is a full-time, long-term position with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working with young children in an early years or primary school setting is essential.

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant or childcare qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory.

  • A proactive, adaptable, and caring individual who can build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

  • Passion for supporting children's development and learning.
