Facilities and Lettings Supervisor | Blackpool

This Blackpool Academy is looking for a dedicated and responsible Lettings & Facilities Supervisor to be the linchpin of our community hub. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure our academy facilities are safe, secure, and welcoming for all after-school activities, clubs, and weekend hirers.

You'll be the front-line ambassador, responsible for everything from opening and closing procedures and site security to managing bookings and ensuring a consistently excellent user experience. Your commitment to health and safety will be paramount in maintaining a secure environment for children, young people, and adults.

Key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day supervision of academy facilities for external use.

• Being the go-to person for all letting and booking queries.

• Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.

• Overseeing facility cleanliness and equipment setup.

• Collaborating with the Facilities Manager and academy teams.
