Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Recruiting teachers and support staff for London-based schools

  • Identifying, screening, and matching top talent to vacancies

  • Building and managing long-term relationships with school clients

  • Creating standout CVs and profiles for candidates

  • Hitting realistic KPIs to boost your earnings

  • Becoming a trusted expert and advisor within the education space

Who We're Looking For:

  • Background in teaching, sales, customer service, estate agency, or similar roles

  • Ambitious and career-focused individuals who thrive on challenges

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Passion for education and making a difference in schools

  • A degree is beneficial but not essential-we provide full training
