Job Description

Tradewind are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Sutton. You'll cover lessons across different subjects, keeping students engaged and on task while following lesson plans left by their usual teacher.

You Will:

Supervise classes across Key Stage 3 & 4
Support learning in line with the school's curriculum
Manage behaviour positively and proactively
Adapt to different subjects and year groups

You Have:

A calm, confident manner in the classroom
Good organisational skills
The ability to relate to young people and inspire them to achieve
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
