About the Role:

As a Secondary TA, you'll be supporting students aged 11-16 in the classroom. Roles may include:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support
  • Assisting with behaviour management
  • Supporting learning across a range of subjects
  • Helping students stay engaged and on track

  • A calm, confident and professional approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
