Do you enjoy working with children and helping them reach their full potential? We're looking for caring and enthusiastic people to join our Primary School in Bedford, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our dedicated unit.

What the role involves:
Supporting children with ASD in small groups and 1:1 settings
Helping pupils develop their confidence, communication, and independence
Working alongside teachers and support staff to create a positive, nurturing environment
Celebrating children's achievements - big and small!
Who we're looking for:
Someone who is patient, kind, and reliable
Experience supporting children (in schools, nurseries, or care settings) is helpful but not essential - the right attitude and enthusiasm are what matter most
A genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives
