This is a pivotal role, perfect for a teacher passionate about inclusion and eager to make a whole-school impact.
About the Role
As a Float SEND Teacher, you will:
Provide targeted support across all year groups for children with EHCPs and additional learning needs.
Work flexibly in different classes, leading interventions, adapting lessons, and providing 1:1 or small group support.
Collaborate closely with the SENCO, external agencies, and class teachers to ensure all pupils thrive academically and socially.
Be part of a highly creative curriculum, where lessons are enriched with music, art, drama, and outdoor learning.
This role offers the chance to develop whole-school SEND practice, gain leadership experience, and become a specialist resource for both staff and pupils.

About You
Primary QTS and proven SEND experience.
A strong understanding of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and differentiated teaching.
