Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector | Holborn, Central London

Starting Salary: £32,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35K-£42K in Year 1)
Hours: Full-Time | August/Sepetmber Start

What you'll do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

  • Recruit teachers and support staff for schools across London

  • Search for candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals

  • Screen and interview education professionals

  • Build strong relationships with schools and clients

  • Write engaging CVs and candidate profiles

  • Work to clear targets - earning commission for each successful placement

  • Become an expert in the education recruitment market

What we're looking for

  • A degree OR relevant experience in teaching, sales, recruitment, or customer service

  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

  • Resilient, driven, and keen to build a long-term career in recruitment
