Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining positive classroom routines

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including children with SEND

• Assist with learning activities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a supportive learning environment

• Adapt confidently to different schools, classes, and pupil needs

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school

• Confidence supporting children of all abilities, including those with special educational needs

• Strong communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills

• Flexibility, reliability, and passion for helping children succeed
